WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The general committee met this evening and we figured out one big detail about this year's agenda...WE WANT OUR PARENTS! GMS Parents that is
We have several volunteer opportunities and couldn't even begin to cover them all. So if you have the time we need the help.
Brown Bag Volunteers - we need parents to meet to help with the brown bags volunteers meet every Friday at the school at 2:45
We still need Lunch Duty parents and mentors we have times available most days
Drug Abuse Awareness week begins on Oct 26-30 so we need 3-4 parents to help out with the week's events
and 
We need about 15 volunteers to for the fundraising distribution of orders on Oct 21 and 22 beginning at noon.
To volunteer for any of these please contact the school and they will take your name down.

The Dance- A - thon committee is forming. While we have several parents who are signed up to help we need Student Committee members. If your child is interested in helping out please email us at gmseaglesptsa@gmail.com 
Also the Makers Space is developing in the library and we are looking for student leaders to work on this committee. This is a great leadership opportunity and a great place to show their creativity.

Finally, remember that  our Reflections deadline is October 17th. Please encourage your child to express themselves in this annual event. Contact Emily  Ray if you need more details.
DANCE A THON date Nov 21 6:30-9:00
Tickets will become available this week.
Parents and family members are encouraged to come to the DANCE A Thon event. Tickets can be purchased at the Eagle Square Store (note children under 3 are free ).
